I would like to tell about my experience with Dr. Sheppard...I have had what I would say a catch in my back up near my shoulder blade since beginning of summer..also tightness in lower back, and chalked it up to yard work... Would not go away,and just got worse as summer progressed.. Only real relief was if I Iayed down.. Now that is not good.. Decided finally to go see a Chiropractor.. My husband,Steve recommended Dr. Sheppard...First appointment was a consultation.. My neck,head,shoulders,and back were really out of alignment... Wow!! I told Dr. Sheppard that I had vertigo pretty much since 2011.. I told him I had been to a hospital for 2 head repositionings,saw an Ear,Nose,Throat specialist,had sinus ex-rays to see if there were polyps..had an MRI,saw a Neurologist....nothing really seemed to help... Pretty much gave up thinking that this was how it was going to be for me... Dizzy pretty much every night when lying down...well after approx. 3 appointments,and adjustments,my vertigo has subsided...Fantastic!!! When you really think about it,everything is so connected,and if something is out of alignment,things can happen,and boy did they ever... Now, my back has taken a little bit longer to get back into alignment,but it is definitely getting there...Winter of 2013,I tore my meniscus in my knee.. Went thru therapy,but even up to now still favour that knee,and I guess favouring that side has thrown my back really out of whack. Well no wonder, just waited too long to see someone...but I am so glad I came to see Dr. Sheppard...He has been so wonderful,gentle,but still firm in his adjustments with me...A real God-send for me....I would definitely recommend Dr. Sheppard to anyone who is suffering needlessly out there... My newborn baby was very fussy with a lot of gas and stomach aches. We decided to try chiropractor and found his back,hips,and neck needing adjustments.We continued to take him to Dr.Donald for adjustments for quite a few weeks to solve the problem.We were very happy with Dr.Donald' s caring, professional services and highly recommend him to any new mom and baby!

I can't say enough about how great Dr. Sheppard is. He was able to help me with the neck, balance and vision issues I had been having for months. I was very hesitant to see a chiropractor for fear that any sort of agitation might make my balance worse. Dr. Sheppard was very intuitive to this and took a very gentle approach with me. He had a very genuine concern for getting me feeling my best and always took the time to explain things. He has earned my trust and I would recommend him to anyone!
