What is Tabata? Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring maximum effort exercise that lasts eight rounds of 20/10. 20/10 means 20 seconds of all-out exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. This can be done on a stationary bike, but is also adaptable to bodyweight, dynamic movements.
